CiMSO Training Success: Elevating Expertise

We’re excited to report the success of our recent CiMSO training sessions for basic and advanced users, which took place from 11 to 15 November 2024 at Arebbusch Travel Lodge in Windhoek. Led by our certified Operations expert, Tharene van der Spuy, the session provided attendees with valuable hands-on training on the core features of the CiMSO Software Suite.

Participants were introduced to key modules including CLIENTmanager, INNkeeper, STOCKmanager, RESTaurateur, and SHOPkeeper. The training covered everything from managing reservations and customer relationships to stock control and point-of-sale setups.

In addition to the basic training, we also hosted an Advanced User Training session led by George van Zyl, our experienced technical expert. This session delved into advanced configurations and problem-solving across key CiMSO modules such as CLIENTmanager, INNkeeper, STOCKmanager, and Finance, providing attendees with in-depth insights into optimizing CRM setups, reservation processes, stock management, financial configurations, and system supervision. George’s comprehensive approach empowered participants to tackle complex operational challenges with confidence and precision.

In addition to technical training, the event offered attendees the opportunity to network and collaborate, sharing insights and ideas on how to optimize hospitality operations using CiMSO’s integrated solutions.
