CiMSO Live 2024: Fostering Community, Shaping the Future.

We’re proud to announce the success of our second annual CiMSO Live event, hosted at the Arebbusch Travel Lodge in Windhoek, Namibia. With the venue booked to capacity, we doubled down on the project’s original goals—fostering a collaborative community amongst our client base, encouraging feedback and open dialogue, and presenting future developments within CiMSO.

Power sessions on relevant hospitality topics were also held, including an awards ceremony, recognising individuals and companies for their impact, progress and contributions to and within the Namibian hospitality ecosystem through the use of the CiMSO suite.

Fostering Collaborative Community

By organizing interactive sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities, we aim to facilitate collaboration between the company and its customers and among the clients. This approach helps build a supportive network where clients can share their experiences, insights, and best practices, enhancing the overall value they derive from CiMSO’s solutions.

Our primary focus for the event is to foster collaboration between our clients through a series of interactive power sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities, aiming to encourage the sharing of experiences, insights and best practices (regarding the CiMSO suite of solutions), enhancing the overall value they derive from the system.

Encouraging Open Dialogue

Another core objective of the event was to encourage open dialogue and gather customer feedback. CiMSO is deeply committed to understanding the needs and challenges of its clients and continuously improving its offerings. The event provided numerous opportunities for attendees to share their thoughts and feedback, allowing us to gain invaluable insights into how our software solutions can be further refined to meet the evolving needs of our diverse customer base.

CiMSO Live 2024 also served as a platform to update clients on the company’s plans and technological advancements, where Johan Marais, Director of Marketing, shared the company’s vision for growth and development. Clients were informed about upcoming features, enhancements, and strategic initiatives to drive innovation and deliver greater value to their businesses.

Engaging Power Sessions and Special Thanks

The event featured engaging power sessions led by industry experts and thought leaders. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Gitta Paetzold from the Hospitality Association of Namibia (HAN), Theresa Albrightsön from Gondwana, and Karin De Beer from Ongava for their invaluable contributions. Their sessions provided deep insights and spurred meaningful discussions, enriching the experience for all attendees.

Celebrating Excellence

We closed the event with the CiMSO Appreciation Awards for 2023, recognising and celebrating companies and individuals for their impact, progress, and contributions to fostering technological innovation within the Namibian hospitality sphere through the use of the CiMSO suite.
